Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas & Colorado
Welcome to Resilient Therapy PLLC! As a Hispanic Latina therapist, I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of generational trauma, attachment issues, sexual abuse, relational difficulties, anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD.
What sets my approach apart is my deep understanding of the unique experiences faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds. I recognize the importance of cultural identity and its impact on mental health. Drawing from my personal journey and professional training, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where we can explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster empowerment.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to gain insights, heal wounds, and discover inner strength. By integrating evidence-based modalities and tailoring interventions to your specific needs, I aim to provide holistic support that respects your cultural background and values.
I am committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages open dialogue, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we can explore the roots of your challenges, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and promote positive change in your life. It would be an honor to be a part of your journey towards healing and well-being.

“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” -Brene Brown
My work has always centered on helping people heal from trauma, including abuse, generational trauma, grief, and difficult life experiences. I started in shelters, supporting kids and teens who had experienced neglect and abuse. I later became a Sexual Assault Therapist, providing individual and group counseling to survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse. At Family Violence Prevention Services, I led support groups to help survivors regain confidence and rebuild their lives. As a coordinator for a sexual assault response team, I worked with first responders and legal professionals to improve survivor care. Now, as the founder of Resilient Therapy PLLC, I provide online therapy for teens and adults, helping them break cycles of trauma, manage anxiety and grief, and build resilience in their daily lives.
My education has been deeply rooted in understanding trauma and its impact on individuals and communities. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, where I focused on trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapy approaches. During my graduate training, I completed internships at Family Violence Prevention Services and The Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas, gaining hands-on experience working with survivors of domestic violence and children coping with grief. My education, combined with years of direct practice, has shaped my approach to therapy—compassionate, evidence-based, and dedicated to helping clients heal and thrive.
